Runners: The Vintage (Felber Mun), La Dominatrice (Janipanda), VCTF (Kaylee) Indianapolis, home to the Indy 500, and now home to some of the most interesting criminal organizations. This city lives on the road and so does its criminals. The two main factions appear to be just your average car clubs, till you look past the shining paint jobs and chrome accents. These gangs run everything in the city, from hookers, drugs and guns to night clubs, race ways, and stolen cars. Vintage, run by Charles "the Ox" Moore, is made up of the classic muscle car fanatics. They want there cars old and only made in America. Most of what they deal in is guns, girls and good old car jackings. Vintage's main opponent in Indy is La Dominatrice, fast and foreign is their motto, and they are led by Roux Rougemont. They run in drugs, and the night club scene. La Dominatrice also own one of the biggest legal race ways, Autoroute Speedway, but the weird thing is people have seen small planes land there.
Caitlynn Monroe (Kaylee) Indianapolis was changing. On a daily basis, cars of all types were being jacked, stripped, chopped, or otherwise destroyed. Public outrage was growing, for there was no worse place to lose a vehicle than Indy, home of the racetracks and speed. In response, the mayor of Indianapolis created the Vehicular Crime Task Force or VCTF. The head of this force is Caitlynn Monroe, a car enthusiast herself. As long as there are illegal drag races, street races, chop shops, and other vehicular crime, Caitlynn will be there, locking them up. As might be expected, she is idolized by half the city and cursed by the other half. |
