New Orleans Devereux Family Street level, gang lieutenant dealing in drugs and prostitution. Born in New Orleans, he lived with his single mother until the age of thirteen when she died and he was forced to live on the street. He quickly adapted, learning to hit hard, think fast, and run faster. By the age of fourteen he was a runner for a local dealer, at sixteen, his right hand man. By the time he turned 18, Damon had runners of his own and reported directly to the gang that ran his hood. He was in his late twenties when he finally got another chance to move up, when the Devereux Family came recruiting for soldiers to go against the Syndicate. Having watched Family members and the power they held in New Orleans all his life, Damon jumped at the opportunity and soon made a name for himself with his ruthlessness and eagerness to kill. Rising within the lower ranks of the Family, Damon soon showed his propensity for business when the Devereux's let him into the prositution and dealing side of things. Organising the pimps and hustlers in his hood, he quickly pushed the other pushers out and began bringing in more money for the family. Now he is a lieutenant in the Family, an enforcer. He has lots of ears and eyes on the streets, and he protects against Syndicate incursions. |
