Runners Black Dove: ( Amanda & Sahira), Vincetti Mob (Steve & Dave) In the political world that Senator Troy Marcus is a part of, corruption and hypocrisy run rampant. Bitter with her father’s political views and sick of the things she’s seen going on behind closed doors, Rosella Marcus, his daughter, begins her own blackmail set up from the comfort of her own apartment. To the public, Rosella is everything a senator’s daughter should be, sweet, naïve, and completely ready to show a good face for all to see in the name of her father’s office. It’s a farce on her part. Her real joy comes from finding everyone’s dirty little secrets and exploiting them under the name Black Dove. She of course derives a nice monetary reward for her practices, but is the satisfaction of watching them all squirm that she really goes for. Runners:(Zombie Steve & Dave Sinn) There is now one gang that runs the streets of Chicago, and that is the Vincettis. While the Syndicate was trying to play the gangs against each other, the Vincetti slipped in under thier noses and proceeded to systematicaly exterminate every member of the cities gangs until they had complete control. Those who didn't wish death quickly joined the Vincetti as low level enforcers and the like. The Vincetti use these gang members as thier cannon fodder when thier territory is attacked, having no reguard for any of thier lives. |
