As you may have guessed, these are my drawings. I cannot say for sure if I consider any of them FINISHED, but hey, I'm gonna go ahead and show you regardless *s* I'm pretty new to this whole world of drawing this way. Forever I've been a doodler, scribbling here and there, cartooning and creating caricatures of friends and family. I never considered myself an artist. It was, in fact, a point of contention between my Husband and myself. "You can draw" he'd say. "I can doodle" I'd counter. I felt then, and up until I actually DID one of these sketches that I simply didn't possess the skills to draw the kind of art I enjoyed looking at. Well, nagging does work, I eventually purchased a lil sketch pad and a few pencils and set out quietly give it a go. I was, pardon me for saying, really wowed by what happened. I fell in love with what I was doing. I started losing myself in the sketches, the shadows, the depth. Each time I began a new one, I'd see deeper into the image. I realized (yes Honey, you were RIGHT) that I really COULD do this. Fully aware that I've got a lot to learn, I'm still proud as hell of what I've managed to create this year. So, without further (blah blah blah) here are my little contributions to the world of nekkid sketches.
