I am the brutal reality we live in.
I am the one that talks of the basics of love,
As I wonder why I think you as transparent.
I am the mother of ugliness
Trapped in an angel like body.
I ask what is love
As I dance the magic dance that is called sex.
I say things that hurt those
That build there dreams in the clouds.
I am the girl that I tell you to listen too
As I live in my silent agony.
I am the anger that is inside us all.
I am the dangerous game you will dream up today
And make yesterday's memory of.
I am the keeper of the night
That you know as your perfect lover.
I am the depression
That you will find filling your life.
I say young love hurts as you get older
As I cry over the love I once had when I was older.
I say I am thanking a friend
As the river of my blood flows into the land.
I am the girl in the faraway corner
Crying the ocean of teras you call love.
I am the dark road of continuance.
I am the mind melter called determination.
I am the venom that keeps your from understanding
What it is that I am telling you.
I say send me no flowers for my blood is still pouring
Into the vase the last guy left behind.
I say live your dreams as I show you
How those dreams will be nightmares.
I am the girl that remembers
And never forgets what I don't know.
I am the girl you met
The night you saw my blood on your hands.
I am the river of love
As I show you the mirror of pain that is your life.
I say I can't cry
As I lay down in your glasshouse and die.
I am the black butterfiles you tried to hold on to
But faild to do so.
