Trading

You can trade draft picks, players, money. In Order for the trade to go through, It must be sent to the co-commish([email protected]) by both general managers. All trades are looked at and can get voided. IF the trade is void, I as co-commish will try my best to help make the deal by going through for example by adding a pick or a farm player to even the deal out.

Future Considerations

Future considerations will be allowed in this league, here is an example of what it means.
Bruins get: Harold Drunken ( Future consideations which will be Brent Sopel after _____day is simualated)
Canucks get: Bill Guerin
All future considerations must be named in that e-mail with the trade. No Future considerations can be set past the trade deadline but can be made for after the season.

Ratings

-Ratings will be based on SEHL performance. This means that no NHL stats will be used in making there ratings after the first season and they are strickly graded on what they do in the SEHL.

Activity

-If you are not active in the league a warning will be issued to you by either the commish or co-commish and if you in-activity keeps up you might find yourself kicked out of the league.

Behavior

-Mocking other gms is not tolerated, You may mock the teams players and there city but you can not mock/insult a gm directly. If you are found doing this a warning will be issued and if it go's on and you are seen as a negative for the league you will be kicked out.
-Kidding around is kidding around and we will be able to tell if you are kidding or being serious towards each other.

Entry Draft

-There will be no lottery for the entry draft,It will be the worst team gets first pick and the best gets last. The List of players will include players entering the NHL for there first year of play.

ARENAS

New Arenas may be built, sold in the off-season. You can add more seats to the arena during the off-season as well but it will cost an additional amount of money.

All Star Game

We will have an all star game,Which wil be East vs. West. When Day 65 will be the last day before the all star break. A ballot will be handed out by the co-commish and the gms will vote on it and send them to the co-commish who is [email protected]

Waivers

-Waivers will be used, It will have one simple rule
1)After a 3 day period of the player being on waivers he will go to the team that has the worst record and only you can place your own players on waivers.

Free Agency

-There will only be one type of free agency which is restricted, it means that all teams hold rights to there players. They have until the end of the season to re-negioate a new contract with players if it is not reached and a player goes into free agency he is open for all teams to sign him but his current team still holds the right to match any offer. Also if a player is signed by another team and his orginal team choses not to match the offer the orginal team will receive draft picks from the team that signed him. Here is the chart
68 and lower a 2nd round pick
69 -76 a first round pick
77 - 82 you receive 2 first round picks
83 and above - you receive 3 first round picks.
