This is PJ.It is just PJ,it doesnt stand for anything and it doesnt mean anything.He is about 2 1/2 years old.He was at the pound when i first saw him.My dog had just died and my mom had said that i coudnt get another oneShe had went to the store and on the wasy back she stopped at the pound because it was Adoption Day.She came back home and tolkd me what they had seen at the pound and we went back.There was a LOT of pups there.Not taken care of.There was one puppy that was dieing of parvo.I would have gotton him.But he was too sick.So i got PJ.
A few days later we find that he has parvo.Parvo is a HORRIBLE intestinal disease that dogs get if they dont get thier shots.VERY CONTAIGIOUS!!!!My last dog had surrvived it.He was a beagle.Pj was about as big as my hand.He was a fat little pig,but this disease makes them where they cant eat.He got VERY VERY VERY skinny.We had to give him an i-v every now and then.He almost died.We blended up chicken and gave it to him.He started eating.The thing that kills them is the dehydration.We had to keep him hydrated.Now he is a fat little pig again. |
