Chapter 6
�Greg! Unlock your door! You have practice in 25 minutes!� Greg�s mother yelled pounding on the door, she had been standing there for about 10 minutes. Tessa�s eyes fluttered open and she looked around not sure where she was at first.
�Greg� she whispered nudging him. �Greg!� she whispered louder. �Huh?� I asked groggily wiping his eyes. �Greg your mother is outside your door!� She whispered to him. �Holy shit!� he said getting up.
Greg pushed Tessa off the bed trying to get out himself, �Ow� she squealed as she hit the floor with a loud thud. �Greg, are you ok in there?� His mother called. �Yeah mom!� He said grabbing a pair of pants and tugging them on.
�Unlock this door!� she said. �No mom, I�m naked!� he shouted back at her. �Oh sorry honey, well be down here in 5 minutes!� she yelled walking away.
�Greg, where are my clothes?� Tessa asked looking around. �Where did you park your car?� Greg asked her. �In your driveway� she answered. �Holy shit Tess! We are in so much trouble!� he said stumbling over one of his lonely shoes.
�Ah here they are!� she said pulling her jeans and tee shirt out from under his bed. She fumbled to put her clothes on and threw Greg�s shirt onto his bed and threw her hair up into a messy bun. �Okay go down stairs! I will be right there!� she said with a wink. �What?� He asked confused. �Just go!� she scolded climbing out the window.
Greg left his bedroom nervously walking downstairs. �Hi honey, sleep well last night?� His mother asked smiling. �Um, yeah� Greg answered nervously sitting down at the table.
DING DONG
�Oh I�ll get that!� Amanda shouted running to the door. �Okay dear� Maryann answered. �Greg, your day date is here!� Amanda shouted and ran back up to her room. Greg got up and walked to the front door, �Hi Greg!� Tessa smiled. �Hey!� He said with a sigh of relief. �Greg, you�ll have to cancel this Day Date! Because you have practice! It�s nice to see you Tessa!� Maryann said.
�Oh well, stop by my house later today okay Greg?� Tessa asked. �Sure� Greg answered smiling. �Okay, bye guys!� she said leaving.

Tessa slowly opened the door ad peeked in, 9 AM, she�s probably be up. �Tessa! Is that you?� Her mother shouted form the kitchen. �Yeah, it�s me mom!� Tessa said walking in and shutting the door. �Where on earth have you been young lady!� Her mother scolded walking in.
�I...um...I had to drop something off at Greg�s but I�m here now!� She answered. �So is your sister! She came by and you weren�t here!� Her mother said, Tessa looked down uncomfortably. �Tonya!� her mother shouted.
Tonya walked in, looking glamorous as usual, �Looking good Tess� She laughed flipping some blond hair over her shoulder. �I had a rough night! Let me go change!� Tessa said rolling her eyes and running upstairs.

�Tessa, are you in here?� Tonya asked opening the bedroom door. �Oh hi Tonya� Tess answered spreading some lip gloss onto her lips and looking at her. �Well that�s a bit better!� Tonya said honestly.
�Why are you here?� Tess asked looking at her, �As you can see your bed has be occupied!� she said looking at Tonya�s bed that Rosie, their golden retriever laid spread out on. �I see, but I am staying for a while! Whether you like it or not!� Tonya said opening the closet door, revealing all of her clothes hung up neatly.
�That�s great, but why?� Tess asked running her fingers through her hair. �Dad�s new girlfriend is in France, and he went there with her, they are gone for like a month or something, I had to stay here!� She answered.
�Dad has a girlfriend?� Tess asked her voice becoming much more soft. �Oh yeah, she�s young and blond, you know, his type!� Tonya said. �I always thought mom was his type!� Tessa answered. �Grow up Tess, I figured you�d get over their break up long ago!� Tonya said rolling her eyes.
�Guess not!� Tessa shrugged taking off her green sweater and putting on a burgundy one. �You look like crap in that color!� Tonya said leaving.

Greg turned down the road that Tessa�s apartment was on, and stopped in front of the building. Suddenly he was shocked to see what he did, it was Tessa kissing a guy, a guy he�d never seen before. A wave of anger ran through him, �I wanna be with you too!� her words rang through his head.

Tessa looked out her bedroom window and saw Greg�s truck outside. �Greg!� she said excitedly and ran out of her room and down stairs and then out side of the apartment building.
�Greg!� She shouted as he sped away. �That guy looks angry do you know him?� Tonya asked walking past Tessa. �That�s my boyfriend.� Tessa stated. �Oh you should get a guy more like Bradley! Bye sweetie!� she shouted, he waved and got into his car.
Then it came to her, she under stood what happened. If only Greg knew that it was all a mistake!!
