| Mistaken Chapter 5 I should go! Tessa stated pulling away from Greg and getting up. Tess! You always do this! Greg complained. Do what? She asked confused. You always leave me! He said looking her in the eyes, she could get lost in his hazel eyes for ever. Im sorry Greg! Its not something I try to do, but I am putting you in an unfair position, I should leave! she said grabbing her jacket. Tessa he said, she turned around and gave him a questioning look. I dont want you to leave! he stated. Greg, the reason I am acting so weird is that, I dont trust this she said. Dont trust what? he asked her trying to save time to get her to stay longer. This, me, the way I feel! she said looking at him with confusion in her eyes. Tess, what are you talking about? He asked confused. Greg she started looking down, he was confused at first not really understanding what she was about to get at. I, I think Im falling in love with you! she answered seeming really upset. He was shocked to hear what he had just heard, Tessa wasnt the type to fall in love, not at all, she was more the type to have 2 week relationships and never feel anything for the person. I should leave. she said quietly turning for the door. He didn't know what to say, what to do, and the thought of Tessa Von liking a guy like him wasnt something must guys thought about. If they had a thought about her or one of her friends, it would be more along the lines I wonder if they know I exist kind of thing. Tessa left and Greg was left wondering if he should go after her or not. Once he decided he should, he ran out of his bedroom, Tessa he shouted running out of his house, but she was half way down the street. ===== Good job Tess, you scared away another one! she said to herself rolling her eyes. She sped up noticing droplets of rain falling on her wind shield. Oh great she said bad memories rushing back to her. ===== Greg rolled over in bed as the thunder pounded outside and the lighting flared in the sky, he heard a light taping on his window, he looked up wiping the sleep from his eyes. Tessa was outside his window, he got up not caring that all he had on was his boxers, he opened his window as a crack of thunder pounded at their ear drums. Hi she said softly. Come in, let me get you a blanket! Greg said pulling her in. Thanks Greg she said shyly curling in a ball. He came back moments later with a giant tee shirt and a blanket. Here change into this! he said handing her the shirt and setting the blanket down next to her. Turn around she said with a laugh. He turned around and she changed, the shirt reached her knees but that was ok. She wrapped herself in the blanket and looked up at him. Greg you can turn around she said, he hesitantly turned to her. What are you doing here? he asked sitting back down on his bed. My mom left, Im not sure where she went, call me a baby but I hate storms! Tessa laughed blushing. Its no big deal! Greg said sympathetically. Want to lay down? he offered moving over in his Queen sized bed. Sure, thanks! she whispered lying down next to him. Tessa he said. Yeah? she asked looking at him. I didnt want you to leave today! he said. Ok she laughed turning back over. And I he said and took a big gulp. I am, well I am falling in love with you to! he said. She almost jumped out of the bed rolling over to look at him. Tessa the truth is, that when Mr. Howard said that you were my partner, and then when I actually got to know you, you were like, you just seemed perfect to me! I couldnt explain it, I was always so nervous around you and everything! He confessed, leaving her speechless. Oh well Im far from perfect! She laughed. You could have fooled me. he answered honestly. She smiled while leaning in to kiss him. He pulled away and looked her in the eyes. I wanna be with you! he said, she smiled and wrapped her arms around him resting her head in his chest. I wanna be with you too! she said, he wrapped his arms around her too, she always felt so safe when she was with Greg, she didnt know why, but she just did. |
