Reservation/Waiting List: A non-refundable deposit of $50 will place you on a reservation/waiting list for a puppy out of a future planned breeding. This deposit will be applied to the purchase price. Once puppies are whelped, then a deposit of half the purchase price (minus the reservation/waiting list deposit) is due by the time the puppy is three (3) weeks of age. After that time if no deposit is received, then the puppy will be taken off reserve. All terms and conditions under the deposit for puppies section applies. This applies to future puppies, see Puppies section below for deposit information on puppies already whelped. Signing of our Deposit Contract is required.

Lil Darlin Min-Pins. Puppies are typically ready between 7 to 12 weeks of age. If a puppy is to be shipped, then that puppy must be a minimum of 8 weeks of age. If for any reason the puppy suffers an untimely death or becomes unavailable from unforeseen factors, while at the kennel, the deposit will be fully refunded or the purchaser has the choice of another available puppy of that litter or any other litter at that time (of each value). Deposits are non-refundable. If the purchaser breaks the sales contract for any, but not limited to, the following reasons, the deposit will be kept by Lil Darlin Min-Pins as a breach of contract penalty:

a) Purchaser no longer wants to purchase the reserved puppy or no longer wishes to purchase a puppy from Lil Darlin Min-Pins for any reason.

b) Puppy is not paid for in full by 8 weeks and/or not picked up/shipped by 12 weeks of age (unless the seller and purchaser have made other arrangements in writing or Lil Darlin Min-Pins has notified the purchaser that the puppy will not be ready to leave the kennel at that age). Any delay in shipping a puppy due to weather restrictions is not a breach of contract.

Adults and Adoptions: A deposit of half the purchase price (adoption fee in the case of rescues and adoptions) will hold that dog for a period of four (4) weeks while the purchaser makes arrangements to pick up or ship the dog. If the purchaser no longer wishes to purchase the reserved dog for any reason or the dog is not paid for in full and picked up/shipped within four (4) weeks from the deposit date, the dog will be taken off reserve and the deposit will be retained by Lil Darlin Min-Pins as a breach of contract penalty (unless seller and purchaser have agreed to a later pickup or shipping date in writing). Any delay in the shipping of a dog due to weather restrictions is not a breach of contract.

The seller wishes to express the kennel's devotion to the purchaser and puppy/dog should any questions or needs arise. Lil Darlin Min-Pins is available by phone, mail or email should the purchaser need to contact the seller.

We love to receive letters from you and especially love to receive pictures of you and your puppy/dog during your lifetime together. All letters are added to your puppy's/dog's file and pictures are hung in our home.

Lil Darlin Min-Pins understands that sometimes pets must be placed in new homes. Please feel free to contact us to help find a loving home if the need arises. Please do not abandon, put down (unless for health reasons), or give your puppy/dog to a shelter or rescue. Please contact us and we will gladly take the puppy/dog into our home and find him/her a suitable and loving home. We will take back any puppy/dog from our breeding anytime during its life. (Any puppy/dog returned must be returned with any and all paperwork supplied by the seller at the time of sale and with a letter from a licensed veterinarian stating that vaccinations are up to date and that the puppy/dog appears to be healthy and well cared for. NO REFUNDS.)

If the puppy/dog is sold with a spay or neuter agreement it will be indicated in this contract. A puppy sold on a spay or neuter agreement must be spayed or neutered before or at six (6) months of age (unless the seller is notified, in writing, by a licensed veterinarian of recommendation to spay/neuter at a later specified date. If that age/date is satisfactory with the seller, then the puppy must be spayed or neutered at the veterinarian's recommended age/date. Seller will supply a written consent to spay/neuter at that later date/age.)

If the dog is older than six (6) months of age and not already spayed/neutered by Lil Darlin Min-Pins, the purchasers must spay or neuter within four (4) weeks of the date of acquisition/date of contract.

A licensed veterinarian's written statement of proof of spay/neuter must be sent to Lil Darlin Min-Pins within thirty (30) days of surgery. Any dog sold with limited AKC registration on a spay/neuter contract must NEVER be bred. Studding or producing a litter out of a dog sold on limited registration and a spay/neuter contract will be considered a breach of contract, in which Lil Darlin Min-Pins has the right to repossess and/or fine the purchaser $500 dollars for each puppy whelped/produced. Failure to comply with this contract may result in repossession of the puppy/dog and/or legal action taken by Lil Darlin Min-Pins. If a puppy/dog is repossessed, all paperwork supplied to the purchaser must accompany the puppy/dog.

With any spay or neuter agreement, no AKC paperwork will be supplied to the purchaser until the seller receives proof of spay/neuter. All AKC registration applications will be marked "limited registration" on spay/neuter agreements.

Spaying or neutering greatly improves your pet's life. Spayed and neutered pets live longer and healthier lives than intact pets. This procedure will also help new owners with certain aspects of pet ownership, such as housebreaking and roaming.

All puppies/dogs must be paid in full before leaving Lil Darlin Min-Pins. If a puppy/dog is being shipped, all fees related to shipping (airline cost, health certificate cost, crate cost, etc) must be paid in full before Lil Darlin Min-Pins will ship the puppy/dog. Lil Darlin Min-Pins accepts cash, money orders, cashier's checks, wire transfers using

Western Union or MoneyGram, and credit cards. Checks are accepted by our approval only and only to purchasers residing in the state of Washington. All returned checks are subject to a $25 returned check fee. If the purchaser does not respond to seller's attempts to collect on a returned check, seller will turn the check over to the state prosecuting attorney's office for collection. Checks/Money Orders must be made payable to Darlene Farber.

The person or persons listed in the "sell to" section and whose signature/s appear on this contract will be the person or persons listed as the new owners on the puppy's/dog's AKC registration application. (Not applicable for rescue dogs with no paperwork).

All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser for shipping a puppy/dog after purchase or for any type of return after purchase (health reasons and/or purchaser's option to return).

All deposits are non-refundable, except where stated otherwise in this contract. All sales are final. No refunds will be made after time/date of sale. See health guarantee for replacement information (applies only to puppies/dogs bred by Lil Darlin Min-Pins. Does not apply to rescue dogs.)

By signing this sales contract the purchaser has read, understands and agrees to all conditions and terms of this contract. The purchaser also understands that any breach in contract by the purchaser may result in repossession of the puppy/dog and/or by legal action taken by Lil Darlin Min-Pins. No refunds will be issued if any breach of contract results in repossession or legal action. Purchaser will be responsible for any expense incurred from reclaiming/repossessing the puppy/dog and any veterinary expenses incurred by Lil Darlin Min-Pins to assure the kennel that the puppy/dog is healthy and can be brought back into the kennel without endangering the health of our resident dogs. All paperwork supplied to the purchaser at the time of sale must be remitted to the seller in instances of repossession or owner returns.
