| Hercule, also known as Mr. Savage, is the reigning champion of the World Martial Arts Tournament. He takes credit for the defeat of Cell when it is actually Gohan who defeats the evil villain. Hercule thinks he is more powerful than he actually is, and is really quite full of himself. |
