Spank is a non-profit organization based in Hillsborough, where the largest area of "crime babies" has been discovered. Spank is also located around other seemingly "rich" areas where "crime babies" are known to gather in growing numbers. With Spank we have effectively squashed many crime rings and illegal fight clubs built up by these young crime lords.

We are here to promote firm safety for today's children. With tight control and firm discipline, we can keep our children in check and prevent drug lords and crime babies from developing by the ages of 5 and 6.

Spank was founded in 1948, when the first crime baby was discovered. Unknown to the general public, the first crime baby was today's president George Bush jr. Strange behavior was noted on this not too bright baby boy, who was the weak link in the nation wide crime ring, led at that time by evil ring master Dick Chaney. Awareness of this strange behavior was brought to light by Bush's nanny and on closer inspection it was soon found that a nation wide network existed. On July 2, 1948, Bush's concerned nanny - Mary Lou Wack, formed Spank. From that day on, Spank has dedicated itself to the safety and wholesome raising of today's kids through stricter forms of love, but love none the less.

In 1950 famous child safety specialist Fraud Formuney developed the love leash, a device that allowed parents to hold a closer position with their child. Forming stronger bonds of love and affection between parent and child.

Love leash has been Spank's main target campaign along side opening awareness to "crime babies."
