Project: Deja Vu

Requires 4-5 agents, the more the merrier.

Mission:
Raise energy, enhance confusion

Target:
Popular eating or drinking establishment, preferably a chain-store. Starbucks and McDonalds are ideal. Look for a managable crowd where you will be noticed, but not the only ones in the place.

Time:
Just after lunch rush works well, but anytime the crowd is right. This should take about a half-hour. Synchronize watches.

Procedures:
Agents A and B enter, retreive their order and take their seat together in a centrally located, visible place. (Optional) Agent E follows, carrying a purse or bookbag and seats him/herself inconspicuously far enough away from them to be unassociated, but still noticed by the same people.

Agent C enters and waits in line, Agent D enters about 10 to 30 seconds afterwards, depending on the flow of customers and takes his/her place behind C. Begin dialogue.

*Sample dialogue*
D: Margie?
C: Oh my goodness, Stephanie! How have you been? (Cordial hug) I haven't seen you since...
D: Yeah, yeah... So whatever happened? Where did you guys go?
C: Excuse me? You're the one that ditched us!
D: Well you're the one that was kissing Kevin!
C: I am not going to fight with you, forget this! (breaks out of line, leaves establishment. D follows angrily)
*end sample dialogue*

C and D wait outside in their respective vehicles for aprox two minutes. Shortly after D exits, B stands up and says "I have to go to the bathroom." B goes to bathroom, A sureptitiously switches drinks with B. B washes hands and returns to table, takes a sip of drink and shouts "Hey! That's not... You switched them!" Laughing, they retreive their rightful beverages.

(Optional) Agent E drops purse or bag on floor loadly and retreives it "Dangit!" (or some other appropriate expletive. Timing for this could be after the cycle or when B goes to bathroom.)

C enters again. 10 to 30 seconds later, D enters. All agents are to repeat dialogue and action. It is important that phrasing remain the same, as if none of this has happened before. Watch carefully to judge when mission is complete. When finished (it should take at least 5 cycles, be careful that you don't make management so curious that they feel compelled to challenge you.) Agent A will signal to the others by gettng up when B goes to the bathroom and leaving. Agents B and E should leave at seperate times, E may stay up to 10 minutes later than the rest.

Please adjust dialogue and action to fit the target establishment, the appropriate gender stereotypes, desired level of conspicuousness and personal preferences.

Hail Eris!
