Currently, I reside in Northern California. In my spare time I like to shop, go to movies, do arts and crafts, bowling, and work in a local singles ministry.
I have a really busy schedule as a Human Resources Manager, and I need to be able to attend school at my convenience. I currently function as HR Generalist (meaning I administer employee relations, benefits, recruiting, training programs) at my job. I chose to attend the University of Phoenix because it allowed me to take classes online at my convenience. My Bachelors Degree is in Communication Studies. I never imagined going into Human Resources. I thought I would work in the media industry as a Media Analyst. However, I have been in Human Resources now for over fours years. I decided it was time for me to go back to school and get my Masters Degree while I am still single and have no family obligations.
