| REPLACEMENT |
| MOTOR HOSE REPLACEMENT: Eleven men allowed. Any type of truck with motor running and men on truck with four lengths of hose three lengths of which, and a nozzle coupled together in the permanent hose body, placed with hub of front wheels over a line 75ft from hydrant. Truck to run down course crossing timing line 25ft from hydrant. In any sequence, connect to and open hydrant, using outlet nearest arch, lay three lengths of hose in normal hose lay pattern and nozzle, which must come from rear of truck, pass water through hose and nozzle and trip target on right side of course, 175ft from hydrant. Fourth length must remain completely inside hose bed, entire truck must be past nozzle line. After target is tripped, men remaining on truck to leave with fourth length andsubstitute it for middle length. When replacement is made, pass water through hose and nozzle and trip target on left side of course 175ft from hydrant when finish time will be taken. |
