The Maxtix of Time affects the matrix of time and space, and the extent to which a demon can affect a system. As described below. The pinnacle of the Matrix of Time is the ability to control the flux and flow of time itself, and also to apply this to systems in which there are billions of variables throughoutthe time and space Theory.
Level 1: Perceive the Matrix:
This level allows the Demon to ascertain the inner workings of the Matrix and any of the event occurring, given within said Matrix. It also gives the demon the ability to sense whether the Matrix is being manipulated by another and how exactly it is being tweaked by other means. This power is not considered an action.
Level 2 Time Flux:
This simple but effective power lets the demon causes all those around the Demon (30 ft radius) to fall within an invisible sphere, all within this are subject to the flow of time according to the Demon. Time itself can be manipulated in forward, reverse, or stop in the range from a split scecond(faster than any celerity) up to 10 years. This power is often used to stop tragic events or to age younger demons to the age of training, but is also quite effictive in combat.
Level 3 Matrix flow:
When this power is cast by the demon everything around them becomes as if it were in super slow motion. This allows the demon to easily avoid attacks, avoid objects which are moving at great speeds, including those affected by celerity, this also includes physical attacks which are made while using celerity. This power also makes the sorcerers physical attacks almost unavoidable.

Level 7 Time Vortex :
Encompases the combatants in a swirling black mist of raw chaos wherein the caster is allowed aseemingly unlimited number of actions in a single post (up to 10 ). This power also negates any further time power that may be used by the opponet, this lasts for 1 complete combat round(eg..1 post from each and can not be dispelled or countered)the time manipulation is held until willed away by the caster.
