Bearing - A cadet's general appearance, carriage, behavior and conduct
Courage - Courage is a mental quality that recognizes fear of danger or criticism, but enables a cadet to proceed with calmess and firmness.
Decisiveness- Ability to make a decision promptly, and in a clear forceful manner.
Dependability - The proper performance of duty.
Endurance - The mental and physical stamina measured by the ability to withstand pain, fatique, stress and hardship.
Enthusiasm - the display of sincere interest and zeal (eagerness) in the performance of duties.
Initiative - Taking action in the absence of orders.
Integrity - Absolute truthfulness and honesty.
Judgment - The ability to make a sound decision.
Justice - The quality of being just, impartial and fair.
knowledge - The quality of knowing your Job.
Loyalty - The quality of faithfulness to the school, unit and the cadet corps.
Tact - The ability to deal with others in a respectful manner.
Unselfishness - One who avoids providing for there own comfort and advancement at the expense of others.
