www.Magic4You.nu - Very nice site with a wide range of Magic-news and information and decks. Also runs a nice league with a feature, which lets people play a 1on1 game whenever they like. So you don't need to wait for a tournament to gain ranking.

MTGOnline - Site with latest announcements, general info and rankings regarding online magic. Very professional league, but mostly for players experienced with both Magic and Apprentice.

E-League - Like MTGOnline, a very good site about online magic. E-league existed first, but MTGOnline is currently better in my humble opinion.

Starcity - I really like this site and read articles there. But don’t expect to be reading much good tech there. It’s mostly casual funny stories, which is a very good thing though.

Brainburst - Very good site with the latest tech and developments.

Sideboard - From Wizards itself. Look here to find event-coverage on many premiere events and some nice articles once in a while from some famous people. The columns of Alex Shvartsman and Gary Wise are pretty good.

TheDojo Archives - The former best magic site, which unfortunately has stopped now. It is still accessible to view old files.

Neutral Ground Online - Not such a big site, but sometimes very good to get the latest tech.
