"Now what are you gunna do?"

Well my legs gave out the other day from overdoing my workouts and I almost took a trip down the staircase, but caught myself by grabbing the railings at last minute... I know I should pace myself, but you have to understand my situation and know what I'm prepping for in the future... (Well that and how I like to do things... 20 reps of 80lbs squats for 2 consecutive days is very amusing afterwards, if you haven't done them since a LONG time ago)... I'm pretty strong and agile, but you'll turn to butter if you don't realize what parts of the body you haven't worked on (and then start working on them hardcore!)... I've healed from it, but walking was hella hard if you ask me!

Inspiration is really hard to come by in my position, but after seeing Usain Bolt run and break the WR/OR of the 100m WHILE SLOWING DOWN at the finish, is fucking amazing! I'm in no shape to match him or anything, but I love seeing superhuman feats get done! IT GETS YOU GOING!!! Usain Bolt runs what very few supercars could run on the 1/4 mile, but he does it on the human version!

So with that as my backbone, I'm increasing my leg weights from 10lbs to 20lbs after this weekend, then hopefully my leg muscles will work up to the increase by next week... "I'll up my workout regime as well, but I seriously thought my legs were working themselves out at the same time I was doing my flips & shit?!"... I don't really care to market myself with my abilities, but I need to keep myself in check by pushing myself further...

It's a sin for talented individuals to never reach their full potential...

Day 1 of the "Dynamik Year"... I hope to accomplish all my failed feats this year, despite my hypocritical ass always saying, "What the fuck is new years resolution? You can start whenever the fuck you want?!", but it's true, you need a starting point to monitor yourself throughout the year to see progress yah kno?... So as for me, "new years" doesn't start on January 1st, it starts every year from the day you were born... "Yeah, I'm off with a good start"... I want to be perfect but I know things just won't go as planned, so I'll make the best out of every twisted situation I come across...

Anyways, I know my birthday party this year wasn't as grandiose as every other one in the past, but likewise, I need a clean start to my "new year"... "I seriously didn't plan on anything, I do thank who ever dropped by for a beer & shit yesterday... I'm not able to return the favor most of the time, but I'll make good on my part some how"... This year I didn't get wasted, didn't get drunk, didn't hurl, didn't do anything hella crazy... It was perfect, because I actually remember eating cake for once... "Although nothing will ever beat seeing a birthday cake fly across the room... Now THAT was hilarious!"... Beer and cake don't make a good mix, but that's all you'll really need...

Well to cap of everything about the Sasuke tournament, I think I'll just apply directly next year and try not to get a freebie trip from G4... The finalist for Ninjafest 3 are the same from Ninjafest 2, so I unno you tell me... The good thing is that I weighed in at 175lbs to start with and I'm currently 175lbs, but with more muscle... I don't think I have to worry about becoming too buff because I know I'm getting stronger, but my build and weight is the same as its always been... "Meaning I'll just have to keep flexing to keep as nimble as possible... FLIPS BITCH!"

YOUTH!!!... it's an addiction...
