Zippee became a Dad for the first time on December 28, 2005. Those puppies are up for adoption on the Litter page
This is Zippee a few days after we brought him home as an 8 week old. He does not look like he lives up to his name in this picture and he wasn't named Zippee right away. I have to ponder on names. Watch the animal, see what kind of personality they have, etc. In this case it was my oldest son that named him Zippee because of the way he litterally zipped around the house (and still does) as if he was in a race.
Zippee is a beautiful orange color. Just orange, no shading of sable at all. In the pictures below you will see what lighting can do to color. The pictures of Zippee on the deck with natural lighting show his beautiful coloring and then there is the picture in my office on the green carpet that sort of fads his coloring even with the true color light bulbs. Zippee has a belly band on in the picture in my office and on the sofa. Barely visible it is a piece of flannel doubled on the ends and quadrupled in the center with velcro closure. This is sort of like a male diaper so that when he is in the house and lifts his leg, he urinates into the belly band. He loves to frog fanny also and so when the belly band get a bit too wet, a new one is put on and the soiled one goes into the wash.
