This is the story of a man and his journey to stardom... |

During this journey, he set standards so high for himself that he sought for only perfection and a sense of flawlessness in every one of his works....
After years of struggle, he finally achieved the fame that he had longed for...
He was living the life that many dream to live. He acquired the glory and fame that millions crave to obtain...
Unlike many fairytale endings, his was a tragic... |
|
|
...On April 1, 2003, he stood on the 24th floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and leaped to his death.
To this day, his death remains a hot topic to the media.
Some say he was possessed and out of his mind, others say he could no longer stand the humiliation of being a homosexual; other theories suggest that it may have been a conspiracy, a curse, etc... |

But I could careless about these theories and rumors circling his death. I remember the life he lived, and the entertainment he brought to me as I was growing up. Sometimes I like to think that perhaps this individual was too perfect and too flawless that God decided he no longer belonged to this chaotic world.
Let us not dwell on the creative stories the media has conjured up. The only truth is, he was an unhappy individual who suffered from a pain so immense, so inconcieveable, we will never be able to feel and understand. To free himself from this misery and unbearable torture, the only path to take was the one he chose on April 1, 2003. |
