Given an ultimatum by Zeus himself, Cupid found himself caught literally, with his pants down. Talk about "LOVE". Feeling sick at the task which he was given, he knew that if he failed he would be never be known again as the god of love, but the god of failure.

Brea hated men with a passion. After what her two-timing boyfriend had done, men were the lowest of the low in her book. Then enter cupid, who is suppose to make her fall in love with him. What started out as a way to end his frustrations at the position he found himself in, Cupid aka Jordan, realized that getting Brea to fall in love with him was no easy task. Despite her pain and anger at what had happen to her, Brea still felt the strong sexual attraction to Jordan, no matter how hard she fought against it. Jordan, I believe, needed to learn a very important lesson about life, love, and truly caring for someone. And as time went on, he actually found that he genuinely cared about Brea’s feelings. With his future on the line, racing against time to find a solution to ending his punishment, and fighting against those who would stoop to any level to prevent him from succeeding, Cupid and Brea had one thing they had to learn -- that love and trust go hand in hand. It’s the strongest weapon against anything that life could throw your way. Filled with excitement, humor, and hot sexual emotions, Utter cupidity was a great read.

Toni L. Meilleur proves again that she has a good grasp of world-building in this futuristic science-fiction novel. She also knows how to construct sexy protagonists who are as intellectually sound as they are physically gorgeous. The story line in The Prometheus Promise is well-plotted and this reviewer anticipates reading more from this novelist.

Frost, Two Lips Reviews

Toni Meilleur has created a world where cultures and personalities clash then find a common meeting ground. I recommend this fanciful tale. The characters are real and the passion sizzles. PROMETHEUS PROMISE is a keeper.

Kegan is a modern woman with special psychic abilities. All she needs to do is touch something to reveal the past history of it. She can not only see but also feel everything about the past that surrounds the object. This is what happens when she comes in contact with a golden sarcophagus, she sees visions about the warrior hidden inside.

Da’rak has been sleeping inside a chamber for the last 50 years waiting on Earth to return to his home in another galaxy. He is currently the dethroned King of Paa’eva who must face one more battle, the Tournament of Fire, to regain his kingdom and respect. He awoke early because Kegan had the power to release him from the chamber.

Now Da’rak must get back home and fight not only for his kingdom but also for his shanzah or life companion, Kegan. He tricked her into thinking he was taking her as an aid against enemies, but in reality he claimed her as his wife. Using magic and branded tattoos he bound their life forces together. Now his life will mean nothing if he cannot win this battle, to lose will mean his death and worse for her.

This story crosses many lines even galaxies. It is a classic tale of men in power and the women they tend to rule over. Amazingly even advanced races have not evolved enough to recognize females as being equal and/or superior to men. Women are strong but when it comes to romance, they seem to let the body rule instead of the mind. I liked this book even the steamier love scenes. This had a little bit of everything in it to keep me entertained to the very end, including Nuka, a pet gargoyle used as a personal bodyguard.

Up from the depths of her fertile mind comes another story, exciting in the living and the dying, and a most irresistible read. When you get lost between the pages of Caress of the Dark God, you will find Toni takes us deep into the mysticysm of the ancient beliefs, allowing us to see it as Tessa does, through a set of veil-like dreams. Again Toni confounds us, charms us, infuriates us, and this time, in the end she brings us all to a place of new beginnings, and still we need more. Caress of the Dark God is a book you will want to read over and over, and I have to tell you this, once again I am looking forward to see if there will be another sequel in this very enchanting and hot series. In the end, she leaves yet another immortal standing on a precipice, and this time, it is uncertain where the story will go... If you want my opinion, you should go to Siren's bookstore and pick up a copy of Caress of the Dark God today, and if you haven't already bought it, I can heartily recommend The Touch of the Fire God as well!

There is a wealth of material when one considers the gods of the ancients, and many tales to be told. There are also as many takes on any one story as there are writers, but for Toni Meilleur, the twist is erotic, sensual, the tales rich, and The Touch of the Fire God is no exception...Up from the depths of her fertile mind comes a story that is poignant in the telling, exciting in the living, and a most desireable read when you get lost between the pages of The Touch of the Fire God. Toni takes us deep into the love of Ralabos and Selkis, feeding it to us in snipets as Rene relives it in her dreams. She confounds us, charms us, infuriates us, and in the end she brings us all back to the beginning, and wanting more. The Touch of the Fire God is a book you will want to read over and over, and I have to tell you this, I am looking forward to the sequel, Caress of the Dark God, to see what is going to happen with Torian A. Nubis and Dr. Tessa Michaels. If you want my opinion, you should go to Siren's Bookstore and pick up a copy of The Touch of the Fire God today!

Let me say, I am typically a sci-fi/fantasy fan. However, the blurb for this book was too good to pass up. Once I began reading, I quickly realized this was an exceptionally well-written story. Halfway through the story, I had to remind myself that this was fantasy, and I realized, that was fine by me. Lyra has no desires to become a wife. Who can blame her after seeing the torment her sister has endured? Lyra’s brother, at her insistence, secretly tutors her in self-defense and weapons usage. She takes the title of The Lady Prince and makes it her mission to help women escape before they are forced into an unwanted marriage. I’m not sure what the significance of ’Prince’ in the title means, but that mixed with the character’s short hair and spunk gave me a Katharine Hepburn image. When duped by a woman more interested in the reward on Lyra’s head then her help, Lyra finds herself in a marriage cage awaiting a groom. Daene, a murderous thief, offers to help her escape, but at a price…his price. Later, Lyra learns why Daene chose her to help him and his reason is nothing compared to what Lyra discovers when they witness the Wife Choosing Ceremony.

Ms. Meilleur has a writing style that is enveloping yet tantalizing, and the characters are fantastic. When some of Daene’s secrets are revealed, I didn’t know if I should slap the fool out of him or take him in my arms and comfort him. While I sat fidgeting with indecision, Lyra handled the situation perfectly. I know this story has a hot, spicy rating, but Ms. Meilleur tells the sex scenes in a very classy manner and with much creativity. They were hot, but oh, so nicely done. One thing I really admired about The Lady Prince is that it was a very refreshing story. I never knew what to expect next and I was never disappointed. If you like fantasies, you can’t miss this. If you aren’t a fantasy fan, this is the one to start with.

4.5 Stars: The first book in the Cimmerion series, Lure of the Cimmerions sets the stage for an intriguing world filled with enthralling creatures and hostile tensions, with Rian directly at the center of the turmoil. The plot is not overly complex and allows an occasional plotline to be revealed, keeping the interest on the story. The characters are three-dimensional, with their own internal struggles and miscommunications. Rian learns a great deal during her captivity but deals with her new knowledge very realistically. At first, she seemed more like a petulant child than a woman placed in potentially devastating circumstances, but her evolution makes her more likeable, a metamorphosis that kept me intrigued with the story. Luxian is self-assured and possesses a strong sense of what he needs to do to save his people. His actions are incredibly sexy, even when they could lead to Rian's death. The sex scenes were very passionate and included sex scenes that bind the participants together, keeping the sexual tension high and invigorating. It was nice to come across a book that doesn't have scenes of multiple partners but instead creates a loving sexual moment between lovers. Lure of the Cimmerion has greatly arousing sex scenes that are imaginative and extremely sensual, along with an absorbing plot and lots of action. I would recommend this seduction fantasy book.

4.5 Hearts: I enjoyed this tale of darkness versus light, of good versus evil. From the very beginning I was drawn into this world enveloped in war and beautiful, albeit deadly, creatures. Ms. Meilleur draws such a vivid picture of this war torn planet and the Cimmerions. Rian and Luxian are two great characters that fought against almost insurmountable odds in the hopes of saving the Cimmerions, and in the process may have found so much more. I would highly recommend this one to anyone looking for a spicy love story that tends to be a little on the darker side. This is not a story of sweet kisses and slow love making, but it is an action packed, hot read that will leave the reader wanting more.

This is a dark story of forbidden love and sworn enemies. I loved traveling along with the darkly handsome Prince Virk and his strong captive Sedina as they fight not only for love, but to end a bloody war that has gone on too long and that has destroyed too many lives. I would not recommend this to someone looking for a sweet story of hearts and roses as at times it can be rather graphic and violent, but I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an action packed, darkly sensual story that will not only keep the reader turning the pages, but will leave them longing to read more.

Graham is a newly minted bounty hunter, assigned to his first case by his employer, SFA. His mission: find the bombshell named Kennedy Sterling; suspected murderer, proven thief, and notorious gambler. He has exactly 8 hours to bring her in and knows it won’t be easy, especially for a rookie. What he doesn’t know is that the sultry redhead is busy making plans that most definitely include him but have nothing to do with being caught.

Toni Meilleur has penned a delightful and very sexy little shortie with The Bounty Hunter. She aptly pulls off the hardboiled style of the old fashioned detective novel with her spare but punchy prose. The hero, Graham, comes across as the quintessential male hunter: cool, cocky, assured. His nemesis, the feisty Kennedy, fits the typical femme fatale stereotype complete with plenty of red lipstick, but she’s no pushover in stilettos. I enjoyed this story very much; it reminded me of a small, decadent piece of chocolate, deeply flavorful with a great aftertaste, yet leaving me wanting just a wee bit more.

In a society governed by vampires, Khaelen is Executioner of the Civil Lands his authority unchallenged and unquestioned. When his brother is murdered by no other than the scourge of society, a shape shifter, he is determined to find the guilty party. What he did not expect to find was the beautiful shape shifter Allantra who sent all his emotions and self-control fluttering in the storm she created in him. From the beginning she proclaimed her innocence, and as time passed he suspected Allantra of being something much more powerful than even she conceived. In trying to prove her innocence they both became entangled in a quest for power that had been going on longer than either one suspected. Now along with Allantra they unravel a long trail of betrayal, murder and buried secrets. Somehow along the way they must not get consumed by the addicting passion that had been building since they first met.

Allantra of the Civil Lands, heartbroken at leaving her vampire lover Khaelen behind, embarks on a journey that could change the lives of all surviving shape shifters. She stumbles upon the tribal lands of the last True-blood shifters, and is immediately held captive by the ’Noir Brujo’. A powerful wizard of the Dark Arts and a True-blood shifter who makes her blood run hot with desire.

Confused by her irresistible attraction to him when she is very much in love with The Executioner, Allantra makes the shocking discovery of the existence of an ancient prophecy. A prophecy that foretells of the upcoming battle between the vampire and the shifters and the integral role in which she plays. It also foretells of her destiny of being mated for life to two men

Allantra must leave her vampire lover, Khaelen, behind when she embarks on a journey that could change the lives of all surviving shape shifters. She enters the savage Outlands and stumbles upon the last of the True-blood shifters. Dharean, the True-bloods’ ’Noir Brujo’ captures her immediately upon finding her in his territory. The two are irresistibly drawn to each other and confused by the attraction, both fight against the other.

Dharean hates all vampyres and any connected to them, and Allantra smells of vampyre because she loves The Executioner. A shocking discovery of an ancient prophecy changes every thing for these two. The prophecy changes all that Allantra thought her destiny would be and opens her eyes to the possibility of being mated for life to two men.

Woo-hoo, this is hot, hot, hot. Right off the bat, there are over tones of bondage with Dharean’s very Alpha ways. He is a scrumptious man and the reader relates in full to Allantra’s attraction to this bad boy hero with attitude. Just thinking about him makes me shiver in memory.

There is heat between Allantra and Dharean, but it is how this heat is used to advance the story that takes Ms. Meilluer’s work out of the ordinary. There is a bath scene near the beginning of the story that gets you hot and steamy, which is always wonderful in erotica, but it plays a pivotal role in the story line development. Toni Meilleur’s handling of sex, character development, and story line is brilliant.

Bloodlines 2: Ancestry is definitely not a stand alone work and Bloodlines 1: Alliances should be read first. Of course, I read this one first so it can be done. It is just that Ancestry would be richer with the background of Allantra and Khaelin’s relationship. I’ll be going back to read Alliances and I cannot wait for Bloodlines 3.

Brava, Ms. Meilleur, brava!
