Papa Pizza

SUDDENLY Nastia's mobile rang. She got it out of her purse(why do girls have those anyway?) and flashed the name on the screen to Carly.
"NASTIA, I'm driving!"
"Ugh, like, whatever. Look, it's Papa!"
Nastia picked up the call and started shouting, as if heavily intoxicated, in Russian. Apparently you have to speak the language that way.
Carly laughed at the crazy words.
"Mwahaha, you said pepperoni...are you talking to your daddy or ordering a pizza?"
"Um, both, cos like, he's become the manager at Pizza Tower In Plano. They like, sssooo needed discipline, so I was like, OMG Joanie, why don't you just have my Papa come and kick your minions into shape, he's like sssooo Russian, you wouldn't even believe it! Heeeheehee! So she was like, um, okay, like, I could probably give him a trial, and then I..."
Carly wasn't paying attention, she knew she just had to let Nastia talk. At least then the little girl might sit still and not cause a car crash.

SUDDENLY Carly's thoughts were interrupted by Nastia poking her in the belly.
"Okay, like...are we going somewhere real? Cos we've been driving around the same neighbourhood for twenty minutes. I've gotten like 342 texts in the time I wasn't talking to you! OMG Carrrrly, I can't wait to get home to check my MySpace. I ssssooo must have gotten a LOT of new friend requests by now!"
Carly looked over at Nastia and then back on the road in front of them.
"Mmm, sorry, I have this case I'm working on. An old lady was found badly beaten and there are signs she may have been poisoned. The police think she has been a victim of a crime gang called The Cherry Street Assassins, and they asked me to..."
"BOOOOORING! LOL CARLY I don't know why you bother, honestly! I've got something, like, waaayyy better than that. It'll totally beat some old lady."
"Oh you've got the gang, then?" Carly smirked at her own crude humour, before realising it was lost on someone like Nastia Liukin.
