Part 1

Jess slowly twisted her long, dark tresses around her fingersShe remembered the time her old team had gone to Germanyshe had nothing to wear so that other girls helped her out. She would never forget the look Joe gave her when he saw her. At first it was a look of surprise and then one of wonder. She had always tried to wear her hair down in front of him after then

Jess! JESS!!!

Someone was shouting her name but who cared? Back to sweet memories of her time with

Jess watch out!!!

Too late. The ball arced gracefully in the sky, catching the sunlight as it spun down... directly hitting

OUCH! Watch where the bloody hell youre kicking that thing!! Jess groaned and rubbed her head.

That thing? Oh! said Jules sarcastically. You mean this thing? Im sorry but I thought this was called a soccer ball! You know the sport we were sent to America to play?

Wow, what a shot Jules!! You really nailed her!! said one of the girls on the team while everybody else laughed their heads off.

Jess was furious. It was bad enough Jules had hit her in the head and embarrassed her in front of everyone, but Jess also knew the reason behind it. Aaaahhh!! Jules better not still be hung up on Joe or Jess would have something to say about that or rather someone to kick

Part 2: (That someone is Joe)

"Okay that's it for today girls! Come on in!"

Jess and Jules and the rest of their footie teammates ran to the side of the field.

"I see we have some work ahead of us, but good work today. I expect to see each and everyone of you at practice tomorrow."

"Later coach!" shouted one of the players as the team started to run towards the locker room.

"Jess and Jules! Wait up!" Coach Riley said as she ran towards them.

"What's going on coach?" asked Jules curiously.

"That's just what I was going to ask you two."

"What do you mean?" said Jules with a knowing smirk on her face.

"You know what I mean. What was with you kicking the ball at Jess's head today? I know it wasn't an accident because you definitely need better ball control than that to have gotten on this team."

"It's nothing coach," Jess said as she eyed Jules, "I'll...I mean we'll take care of it."

"Good. I just don't want whatever's going on between you to two to affect our game, got it?"

"Yes will be fine," said Jess.

As soon as the coach's back was turned,... she turned around and gave a kick to Jules' bottom.

"GIRLS! What's going on?"

Jess and Jules turned to glare at each other and chorused, "Nothing!"

But it was definitely something or rather someone...
