| Smog is a problem in Santiago espiecially between April and September, to combat this authorities publish air pollution tables in local newspapers as well as the registration numbers of those cars that are not allowed into the city on that particular day. Perhaps this system will feature in Londons plans to combat the failure of the new congestion charges, that is if they fail. | ||||||||
