This is a biography of the girl you know only as Sedruce, including some of my not-so-verbal artwork (namely photography). All photos of me are self-portraits, which made them very difficult, so forgive things such as bad framing or only-almost-elegant poses. Also, if you don't like the fact that I have large thighs and a fold of fat in my stomach when I bend my torso...you don't appreciate the beauty of a real woman. Please note, these photos are not pornographic. Therefore, while the stories you can't look at, if you're underage, you're still welcome to view my photographic art.

Okay, now, you're supposedly here either because of some freak accident or because you want to know something about me. I'll presume the latter. If it is a freak accident, that's okay, go back to my stories or home.

I live in the center of barren Alaska, and I promise you, it is as horrible as it sounds.

So, living in Alaska, I don't have much to do save for schoolwork and writing. I think it's obvious which one I do more of. I also--as you can see--love to do photography. My school schedule doesn't allow me time to take the class, unfortunately, so I don't get my good camera for taking photos. I'm using a digital camera (easier, but not as good quality, sadly). I also must apologize for the backgrounds, I didn't have time to create a backdrop.

Anyway. I don't really quite know what else to say. I suppose I'll talk about Tarsier's and my relationship a little. She's like a sister to me--especially the fighting part. But really, she's one of my best friends, and I love her, and I thank her for letting me use this site.

By the way, I have to say this about the photos on here. They're here in large part because I'm rather proud of the artful photographic elements. But also they're online for all of you to see because I have a very bad body image. My breasts are small and my stomach and thighs are large. Before I took the photos, I promised myself to put at least some of them online. Sort of a step to overcoming my physical insecurities.

It's fitting that I tell you this little tale next to the picture over there. It has one of--I think--my cutest little physical quirks. It's laughable, really, but look right of my belly button. You see that little birthmark? Don't ask why, but I think that is my cutest feature. Most beautiful would have to be my eyes (see the bottom of the page), but I love that little quirky birthmark. ^_^

And by the by, I appreciate the REAL human body. Not girls whose waists are smaller than my neck. You will never find a twig in my photo portfolio, I promise you.

I suppose this is my closing paragraph. What better way to say goodbye than to tell you a little more about my writing? Well, lots of ways are better, but this one's my choice. I write fanfiction for one reason: to warm myself up for original writing. Original fiction will always be my passion. Fanfiction is merely a means to an end. Thusly, I suppose it's not my best work, but I still enjoy writing it, as well as going back and reading it.

My biggest accomplishments in writing won't be found on this website. Why? Because this is for fanfiction and possibly a few short stories entirely of my creation. You won't see my masses of poetry, nor will you see my first novella, Stakes on my Heart, nor any subsequent novel(la)s. I consider these my writing, not the situations I create in borrowed worlds. However, under the links page, you can find a link to my poetry. Should you want to see my fiction, merely e-mail me and I'll send you samples.
