Kuromimi is a kobold who fights with a sword. He is the only kobold unaffected when Kwanda uses his black rune. Kuromimi is strong willed and wants to liberate the others from Kwanda's control.

Ledon is a thief who owns an inn on Mt. Tigerwolf. He tricks the Hero's entourage into coming in and having poison tea while he takes their treasures.
Luc, Joins at your castle after you claim Toran
Luc is Leknaat's apprentice. He's a specialist in the Wind Rune. As shown on Magician's Isle, he has the power to become a stone golem, though this power is not shown later in the game.
Marie, Joins at Seika
Marie is the owner of the inn at Gregminster. She helps the Hero, Gremio and Cleo to hide out. Marie is kicked out of Gregminster soon after.
Milia, Joins at Dragon Knights Castle
Milia is one of the older dragon knights with her dragon, Thrash. She helps the Hero retrieve some ingredients needed for the cure for the sleeping dragons.

A man misused a rune and became Neclord, the runic vampire. Neclord creates havoc in Warrior's Village and plans to marry Tengaar. He destroyed Viktor's hometown years ago.
