Barret is the leader of AVALANCHE, and good friends with the other core members, Tifa, Jessie, Biggs and Wedge. Barret lives in Seventh Heaven with the others. Barret has a daughter, who is not black like him, so nobody can truly say that they are related. Barret is from the town of Corel, but his reasons for leaving are kept unknown.

Personal Opinion: There are some battles where you need a long range weapon...but this can be remedied with materia and even long-range materia. Barret is good, but shadowed by the likes of Cid. |
