Game Day, Game 10:  Lightning v. Flyers:  Wednesday, November 12, 2003

 

What do I remember, well, it is really that I would rather forget about this game…

we did nothing … we didn’t even get any penalties … which was good because

we got a coupon for a pitcher of beer, which was really needed after this game. 

Who knows what happened … everything would have lead up to a good game …

a nice start time of 7:30pm on a Wednesday, a full two lines, and playing against

our arch-rival.  The only positive things are that Calvin played great, she had to

because the rest of us sucked, and we did score two goals so it wasn’t a shut

out against us.  Oh well, chalk it up to just one of those days … on to the next game. 

Well, not before talking about our goalie again, this time she used some moulding

clay to try to get support in her skates, but obviously with 6 goals against her, maybe

she should have tried putting it in the other teams skates instead …
