| Welcome to my site. I am AP, owner of Lightning and Ice Incorporated. You have probably come here to get to know the man himself better. Where to start? My real name is Adam. I'm not going to tell you my last name, no matter what, so don't bother asking. I live somewhere in New York. I despise New York City because they take all the credit. When you go out of state and tell somebody your from New York, they automatically assume you mean New York City. It's a little known fact that that large land mass boardering Pennsylvania, Vermont, and several other states as well as Canada is actually part of New York too. So anyway, I like wrestling. I wrestle for the school team, I finished the last season with an undefeated record. Actually, I only had two matches, because the day following my second match we were sort of playing a game and something happened. There are many different version, some say I was pushed, but from my point of view somebody pushed somebody else on top of me. Either way, I dislocated my right knee cap and spent the rest of the night in the hospital. I also like to write. I am great at making up stories. The problem is, when I make them up I'm usually in the process of writing something else, so when I finally get around to writing it I've forgotten most of it. Actually, the only multi-part story I've ever finished was 'The Chosen One,' 236 pages long written completely by hand. When I started it, it was meant to be a sort of tongue-in-cheek comedy. But as the story developed it turned into a serious type of thing and got screwed up. I was getting kind of tired of writing it too, so at the end I just killed off the bad guy and called it quits. Maybe I'll go back and finish it in the future. What else? Well, I lead a pretty boring life. I exercise on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. A normal session consists of (in this order): Stretching 2-3 sets of 10 curls 3 sets of 10 front military presses 3 sets of 30 Leg Extensions and Leg Curls 3 sets of 15 Tricep Push Downs 3 sets of 10 squats 3 sets of 10 bench presses 2 sets of abdominal crunches-1 of 75 and 1 of 25 Drills from wrestling while wearing weighted clothes More Stretching I don't really know how much I can do on anything, since I'm not supposed to exceed a certain amount of weight on my bars. I could go to the weight room at school during the day, but I never get around to it. I have to stay with my brother and sister during the day until my mom gets home and by that time I'm so sick of things I just want to relax instead of train. I also enjoy going for rides on the four wheeler. There's a nice trail behind my house I can just go back and forth on for hours. I did have another place to go up the road but the property owners blocked it off even though they gave us permission to ride there. I could still get to it quite easily but I don't want to piss anyone off. Now, as for my social life. My two best friends names or David (owner of DBSart) and Josh. David lives down the street. He's great with computers. Josh is about the exact opposite of David. Josh isn't really that popular for a couple reasons. First, he tries to be a hot-shot. And second, he used to be immensly overweight. Though he's not anymore, people still make fun of him for it. Though it's funny, on the inside it really pisses me off. But I'll save the things that piss me me off for another page. There are three places I love to hang out at. Wal Mart is one. Don't ask me why, there's something about it. I like the mall too. The problem with that is, unless I go there for a specific reason, I get bored fast and I end up visitting the same store over and over. My favoirte place to go though is Ravenswood, the local comic book store. I can just go there and spend the whole day there. At last, my favorite subject, girls. I love girls.
