| You Aren't "Black..." Yet...-Saturday, November 29th, 2003 I swear, the next white person I see acting like they're "black" I am going to actually make them black. I'll even throw in some blue and purple. Look, do you moron's actually think black people act like this? NO, THEY DON'T. I know alot of black people, and none of them act like what they are portrayed as. They don't say 'dog' unless refering to an (evil) animal. Moron Televsion (MTV) portrays lies. The only people who do act like this do it because of MTV's influence. Did you know that over 80% of idiots that listen to rap are white teenage girls? WHY? Do you actually find this entertaining? These are the same morons who think poetry is dumb. What the hell? It's the same damn thing! It's just people talking in rhymes! I know. It's the subject, right? Rap lyrics are about sex or gangs or violence or something. Preps have very odd habbits. On a side note, why are there so many children's toys out there reflecting teens' habbits? I'm talking about 'Bratz' and 'My Scene'. Parents, do you really want your kids doing this stuff? It's bad enough they're going to do it when they reach the age, do you want them doing it before then? What ever happened to good old fashioned Barbie, the doll that little 5 year old girls can look up to? On another side note, why do people complain about Barbie? I think Barbie is a good role model for little girls. She's done everything! What's the deal with this magic Barbie castle shit? That's just dumb. And what about all the people who complain about little girls wanting to grow up and be thin like Barbie? Isn't that what we want?!?!?! With all the overweight people in today's society, don't we WANT little girls to grow up and be in shape? Here's an idea: let's make a fat or ugly Barbie, so all the little girls and grow up wanting to eat and be fat asses. They'll be lonely and won't get a guy, and will have heart problems, but hey, Barbie was like this, right? Back on the subject of music, what is the deal with all the 'anti-preps' and 'rebels'? The kind who wear those dumbass wrist bands with the anarchy symbols? To all of you numb skulls, you aren't individuals! This is just as much of a trend as rap! If there's anything I can't stand more than people who worship main stream pop culture, it's people who say they oppose it and follow it anyway! Blink 182, Avril Lavigne, these aren't anarchists bands! Compare Blink 182, a modern 'anarchist' band, to The Sex Pistols or Rage Against the Machine, a real anarchist band. The rebels aren't the only ones who fit into that category. There's one more stereotype: GOTH What the hell is Goth anyway? Is it some kind of religion? These people oppose mainstream culture too. They don't realize that gothicism is just as much of trend, too! Not as popular, but a trend none the less. I'll be honest, even though I have a lot of friends who are atheists, I hate atheism and satanism and all that. If Manson (I don't even know how to spell that loser's first name) died tomorrow I would make a point to piss on his grave. I hate his guts. SPEAK NORMALLY. This is not just about street talk, either. Use proper English when you talk near me. I correct my parents all the time and they get pissed at me. How hard is it to use proper English? Here are some common mistakes I hear all the time: -'seen' instead of 'saw' -'them' instead of 'those' -'get' and 'can' pronounced 'git' and 'kin' -'me and person' instead of 'person and I' I waste my time going to learn this stuff, by God I'm going to use it. I have a simple solution: if you get pissed when I correct your English, use good English so I don't have to correct you! How, that's longer than usual, and I tackled alot more subjects.
