Yamato "MATT" Ishida, bearer of friendship. He has to be one of the deepest, most in touch DigiDestined out of all of them. He's also very kawaii! I also have to say, Matt is a very realistic DigiDestined.

Matt's parents are divorced. He lives with his father, while his brother Takeru (or T.K.) lives with their mother. Matt is obviously very deeply affected by this. He also felt that he was only put on earth to simply to take care of T.K.

Now what should become of him once T.K. is able to care for himself? This very thing happens right in the middle of the series. Realizing that T.K. is growing up, he ponders his purpose in life, for a pretty wide stretch of time. he realizes that he has more of a purpose in life than to watch over T.K.--he has a life, a world to go out in, he is no longer alone.

My Opinion: Yamato has to be my fave DigiDestined, for his intelligence, his sensitivity, and his whole personality.
