Was Jon Obsessed?
Okay, so we all know that Jonathan Larson wrote about AIDS, homosexuals, and struggling in New York in the 1990's.
But did you ever notice that Jon may have had an obsession with the Wizard of Oz?
I mean, we all know that Dorothy and Toto went over the rainbow to blow off Auntie Em, but did you know that Mark's mother is the wicked witch?
Is that not enough for you? Then go see Tick...Tick...BOOM!

*I don't have the lyrics to Tick Tick Boom, and some of the words were hard to tell what they were saying, like what they say after "puppy". If you know,

Was It A Coincidence?
If you're lucky, I may have told you about the Bubble Experience. When Laurel, Christine, and I were at Chili's, Laurel and I were in a *very* Renthead mood (Let Christine tell you that!), and it was a full moon that night. Out of nowhere, a bubble came and landed on our chips basket. And it did not pop. We decided that it had to be Jonathan Larson. Today, we realized the connection with The Wizard of Oz, and that in the movie, Glenda, the good witch, comes in a bubble. Now, we're convinced that it really WAS Jonathan in that bubble!
