| Check-out time Check-out time is 11:00 am. A late check-out fee of $50 is applied to check-outs after 11:00 am. In order to have enough time to properly prepare the home for incoming guests, we cannot extend the check-out time beyond 12:00 Noon. |
| Restrictions Please be advised we offer a smoke free atmosphere - smoking is not allowed inside. Pets upon approval. No puppies. $100 pet deposit - refundable after the owners have inspected the property. No grilling on porch. Refrain from loud music or other nose that offends neighbors in this quiet setting. |
| Reservation Policy Reservations require a 50% deposit (money order) mailed in with your reservation form at time of reservation and the balance is due at check-in in cash. |
| Cancellation Policy A $50 fee for all cancellations will be applied. To avoid loss of entire deposit, please contact us 10 days prior to your arrival date. All cancellations with less than 24 hour notice forfeits entire deposit. Shortening of stay is considered a cancellation. |

| Our home holds many wonderful memories for our family and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We ask you to abide by the following guidelines. | Maintenance Maintain our home in a clean and sanitary condition at all times. Properly dispose of all rubbish, garbage, and waste. Ensure that the stove, refrigerator, oven and microwave are clean before you leave. Remove all linens |
