Construction of Jet Turbo Lighters
Prometheus jet turbo lighters are electronic piezo lighters equipped with Burner    Cylinder, an internal gas combustion system. There are four types of Prometheus    jet turbo lighters: Single, Dual, Circular and Laser. They all have the same    basic internal system shown below.
Single Flame Dual Flame Circular Flame Laser Flame
The butane gas inside of the gas tank of Prometheus jet turbo lighter is released    as the ignition button is pressed down. Inside of the burner cylinder, a metal    chip with a very small hole located in its center is installed. When the released    butane gas comes up through this small hole of the metal chip, the gas is discharged    with high pressure. When the rapidly discharged butane gas comes in contact    with the electronic spark generated by the electronic piezo, the flame is generated.    This results in a high temperature, blue flame. Prometheus jet turbo lighter    is recommended for lighting cigars and cigarettes, but not for pipe. Due to    the high temperature of the flame, you could burn the briar of pipe.

CIRCULAR FLAME
SINGLE FLAME
Windproof and Wind-Resistant
In case of the Single, Dual and Circular Jet Turbo lighters, a catalyzer coil,    which is made out of white gold, is installed on top of the internal burner    cylinder. This catalyzer coil heats up quickly and retains the heat from the    flame for a long time. Even though the wind blows out the flame, the flame will    be re-ignited as the butane gas coming up from the gas tank comes in contact    with the heated catalyzer coil. As a result, Prometheus single, dual and circular    jet turbo lighters are windproof -- ideal for lighting cigar and cigarette outdoors.    Prometheus laser flame lighter does not have a catalyzer coil and consequently,    is not windproof but wind-resistant.

Invisibility of Flame and Development History of Jet Turbo Lighters
In case of the Single Flame Jet Turbo lighter which was the    first generation of the jet turbo lighter, the complete combustion of butane    gas makes it difficult to recognize the burning flame in daylight. The red burning    of the catalyzer coil on top of the internal burner cylinder indicates ignited    flame.
In order to eliminate the drawback associated with the invisibility of the    flame ignited by the Single Flame Jet Turbo lighter, the second generation of    the jet turbo lighter, Dual Flame, was created. In case of the Dual Flame Jet    Turbo lighter, an additional gas hose is installed and the visible, jet turbo    flame is ignited along side with the invisible, jet turbo flame. Both visible    and invisible jet turbo flames are windproof.
In case of the Circular Flame Jet Turbo lighter, the third generation of the    jet turbo lighter, many visible, jet turbo flames (more than 30) are circled    around the invisible, jet turbo flame located in the center. These visible,    jet turbo flames merge with the invisible, jet turbo flame and generate one    wide, big and visible flame.
The flame of the Dual and Circular Flame Jet Turbo lighters is hotter and more    ample than that of the Single Flame. As a result, they are more ideal for lighting    cigars.
Laser Flame, the Fourth Generation
The Laser Flame Jet Turbo Lighter has been created for cigar smokers. In case    of the Laser Flame Jet Turbo lighter, the butane gas discharged through the    metal chip with high pressure have to come up through the holes on top the burner    cylinder for ignition: one in the center and
several surrounding the center. Consequently, the butane gas reaches the ignition    point with tremendous pressure. The flame temperature and pressure of the Laser    Flame Jet Turbo lighter are the highest among the four types of the Jet Turbo    lighter and ideal for lighting cigars.
The flame of the Laser Flame Jet Turbo lighter is invisible in daylight like    the Single Flame and does not have catalyzer coil. Because of the absence of    catalyzer coil, it is wind-resistant (not windproof) but still ideal for lighting    cigars and cigarettes outdoors.
How to Light Cigarettes and Cigars with Prometheus Jet Turbo Lighters
When you light your cigar or cigarette, please do not put them into the burning
flame in order to prevent the ashes from falling into the flame hole of your    lighter and clogging it up. In lighting your cigar or cigarette, please put    them one inch away from the flame hole. In case of cigar, slowly rotate the    lighter around the cigar end and in no time, you will be able to light your    favorite cigar. The best way is to light the cigar with the heat from the flame    but not with the flame itself so that you will not scorch the cigar wrapper.
