In my own humble opinion, Famke Jansson really looks Jean Grey in this, and Paquin does look Rogue as a teen. i am sorry, but i really do just worship Hugh Jackman's feet the man is gorgeous! oh to be Paquin in this picture!!!))
X2-The return of the X-men
Now i have to try my hardest not to be biased to the fact that i love X-men, but i have to say that Bryan Singer did a fantastic job . I have heard many fans saying there were mistakes etc, small things you would only notice if you were indeed a die hard fan, but it took none of the fun away......

The Cast of X1 returned with a few extra's. The initial introduction of Nightcrawler at the very beginning impressed me the second it began. I never  thought they'd get the "Bamf's" right, but they did  and Alan Cumming's portrayal of Kurt Wagner was spot on
The whole storyline was based on "God loves, Man kills" which was an original plot by Chris Claremont. William Stryker is the bad guy of this piece and Magneto and Xaviar have to unite to stop him killing every mutant on the earth through manipulation of the infamous Cerebro.
Halle Berry once again took on Storm and this time, thank the goddess, without the accent . Kelly Hu 's Lady Deathstrike was good although very quiet and lacking in that Deathstrike vigour i felt. I know she was under Stryker's influence, but still! The woman is a bloody killing machine!

Anna Paquin 's Rogue was still a little young for me, but nether the less, she played her with conviction, having a smaller part in this film to make way for character's such as Pyro and Iceman to be properly introduced to the world.

The icing on my cake had to be Phoenix and yes! she was there! the flames in her eyes and the ultimate sacrifice! i knew what was coming and i was still upset! Famke Janson is such a perfect Jean and she seems to be growing into the charcter more and more eveytime

Rebecca Romain was as enigmatic as ever as Mystique who had to be one! at least she got to be herself at one part , classic line of Magneto's as she lures a fat cop into a toilet and injects him with metal for Erik to use to esape his plasitc prison: "Never trust a woman, especially one who go after you!" or to that effect!

Taking on extra roles were Kea Wong as Jubilee as well as Shadowcat being played by someone else , although we do get full on phasing through ceilings this time and one of the best parts had to be young Theresa Rourke aka Siryn. Her sonic scream was a fantastic effect

All in all a great movie and a fantastic cast who will cost a bomb next time around. Oh god Hugh Jackman is sooo fine, and Cyclops...you weren't bad either my dear! *drool*
Huge thankyou to Ascian of WolverineandJubilee.com for some of the pictures x
