The Royal Artillery

The Royal Artillery, whose full title is The Royal Regiment of Artillery, was formed in 1716. Its most familiar badge (above) shows a muzzle-loading cannon with the motto Quo Fas Et Gloria Ducunt (Whither Faith and Glory Lead).
Above the cannon is the simple one-word motto that encapsulates the regiment's unique contribution to the service of British arms:
Ubique (Everywhere)
