| Hideki Motosuwa (Motosuwa Hideki) is a 19-year-old going to cram school so he can get into Tokyo university. He found Chii in the trash one night, now he takes care of her and teaches her things. |
| Dark Chii (or as I call her, Black Chii) appears to Chii to kind of "help her". She knows Chii's past and she looks exactly like Chii, but she is always in Black. Only Chii sees her and when she does, she kind of goes...funny. |
| Shinbo Hiromu (Hiromu Shinbu) in the manga, is his friend from school, in the anime, is his friend at school and his next door neighbor. He knows a little about persocoms...but mostly introduces Hideki to persocom experts. |
| Sumomo (Plum) is Shinbo's laptop, or notebook, persocom. She does many tasks, but she is especially helpful with Chii. In the anime, one day, she takes her around town in search of underwear...yea... |
| Minoru Kokubunji (Kokubunji Minoru) is a persocom expert, even though he's only 12. He creates his own persocoms and is extremly intelligent. Shinbo met him through the internet. He is the one who first thinks Chii is a Chobit. |
| Yuzuki is one of the persocoms that Minoru created. She is the replica of his sister, he built her after his sister died. She is also very helpful, especially whenever they are trying to find something...like Chii... |
| Yumi Oumura (Oumura Yumi) is a girl that likes Hideki. Everytime Hideki is with her and he starts to talk about persocoms, I.E. Chii, she gets really sad and quiet. |
| Chitose Hibiya (Hibiya Chitose) is the landlord of Hideki. She seems to allready know a lot about Chii, but no one knows how...hee hee |
| Takako Shimizu (Shimizu Takako) is Hideki and Shinbu's cram school teacher. Whenever anyone talks about persocoms around her, she also gets really sad and quiet. |
| Ueda Yasunido (Yasunido Ueda) is the manager at the bakery Chii works at. He, yet again, has a history with persocoms. |
| Yoshiyuki Kojima (Kojima Yoshiyuki) he is another persocom expert and has the screenname "dragonfly" on a persocom message board. He is in my opinion, really weird. |
| Kotoko is Yoshiyuki's handheld persocom, much like Sumomo. She is a little more angry or something, I don't know, I think she is upset most of the time. |
| Atashi is the cute little pink bunny that symbolizes Chii in a series of books called, "A City With No People". Thus where I got the webpage name. |
| Dita and Jima are two really odd people that are tracking Chii, we don't know their reasons, but they don't seem to like Chii very much. |
