to your destination
you see my heart
and step inside

you are drawn
to the center
and a little box
with a note inside

you unfold it
with gentle cautious care,
you read:

"Thank you for your time,
Thank you for your care,
your smile and hug,
led you to this heart of mine."

You look back on impulse
your heart is touched
with what you find
the glowing footprints, you've left behind!

You discover
that your smile and gentle hug
have changed someone today
the effect seems temporary
