| Dorothy is an android created by a man called Waynright. She hired Roger Smith to protect her and has been working as a maid in Rogers house to repay him for his services. She openly disaproves of his style but they both have mutual respect towards each other. |

| Norman is Rogers faithful servant and a valuable aid to Roger. Norman does the normal day to day tasks and also helps maintain the Big O. If it is nesisary he will defend the house hold with surprisingly ferocity. In the episode of the missing cat he is seen pulling up a large machine gun and shooting the hell out of a hellicopter type affair. |

Though their views conflict, mostly about the imence collateral damage the Big O does to the city, They remain friends and allies. They used to work together in the Police and sometimes Dan will slip and call Roger Leutenant Smith. |
