James Berrick Straw
Name: James Berrick Straw (Strawberry) Gender: male DOB: 12/9/1777 Age: 28 Affiliation: English Description: A six-foot tall, young German-Irishman with long dark brown-red hair dangling in a queue, a pale face with sunburned cheeks. He is rather clumsy around the ship because of his height and the low ceilings. Information: James usually goes by Berrick or Strawberry, though most of the officers and authorities insist on calling him Straw, Mister Straw, or James. He is playful (word games especially) and forgetful usually, and though he was at first pressed to the British navy, he is now working hard with Dr. Clive as a surgeon's mate to get his own doctor's warrant. When the doctor died in battle, James made good use of the knowledge in helping the wounded and showed a harsher side in dealing with Serena Kraege's emotional outbursts and employing Diana in the sick bay. He took complete control of the situation and went on to land himself a surgeon's mate position on a ship at the Toulon blockade. Who knows what he's up to now.
