| The black servant of Captain Bernardo Vasquez. He served Miss Pulliams and Miss Kraege during their stay at the Captain's villa. He often hinted at Vasquez's incapable and lavish personality before it was discovered that the man had taken them prisoner and stolen their ships illegally. After the good guys escaped, he is forgotten. I'll say he escaped and went to help with the liberation of Santo Domingo, where he was later killed when Napoleon crushed that opposition. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Aaron - Helmsman Pietro Manelli- An Italian pirate who sailed with Torricelli for along time and appears to have also known him in Italy--and consistently taken advantage of the captain's leniency towards him until his death. Bacchus - (free character) Torricelli's loveable, mantle-colored Great Dane. |

| Alexander Hatch - An old drunk that fell overboard before the Sirena was introduced. He often comes up among talk on board. He claims to have debauched a mermaid in his youth. Perhaps she rescued him. he is blind in one eye from an injury. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Xing Li Hu - A Chinese seamstress that fell in love with Torricelli and then was convinced by her blind mother to try and rob him. He had already been stealing silks from her and ended up stabbed in the left shoulder. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Fouche - Head of the French secret police. Monsieur Gautier - One of the French secret police that shot and was shot by Jean Badeau while trying to take him back Paris for his trial. |
