Miss Amelia Brown
Name: Mrs. Amelia Brown (Mrs. Mowry) Gender: Female Age: 31 Description: Amelia is around 5 ft. 2 in and has been neglecting her weight since she was 23. She used to possess a happy disposition and a mother's glow, but now her face is dull. Though some of her love of life is returning, her manner of dress does not reflect it, lacking in both color and shape. Information: She grew up around Portsmouth and has been taught for most of her life that she is a woman and nothing more. From an early age she learned that she was not to talk back and do her daily chores without a word of complaint. This oppressed mentality could be traced back to her own father�s words: 'You have no authority over your life. You�re just a stupid little girl!' So she did most everything she was told and lived her life as her father instructed. In hopes that marriage would release her from her father�s harsh rule, she bound herself in holy wedlock to Earl Mowry. Mister Mowry had wealth, and Amelia hoped that it might be put to hiring servants to do the work around the house. That was just a dream as Mister Mowry turned out to be just like her father. So another ten years of her life were wasted scrubbing her kitchen floors. Her dreams finally began to manifest when Miss Kraege was dropped out of the sky like a black angel. Amelia felt jealousy towards the pirate woman in regards to a past relationship involving her husband in younger days, regardless if she did not feel love towards the man. Afterall, she had remained loyal to him. Later the night that Serena made her appearance, Amelia realized her true feelings when he revealed an unearthly plan involving her as a scapegoat to save the woman. With a gun against her head she was forced to the Pulliams� estate. She told her lies with little detail, hoping they wouldn't believe her and arrest Earl and Serena. She knew they both deserved it. Thanking the Lord that her words were seen through, and Earl was arrested, she found comfort for the night at the Pulliam's house. When she knew Earl was locked up and far away from her, she finally could rest in peace- forgetting that Serena still ran rampant through the country. Within the next few months she flew away to Bath. Where she found a husband that loved her and cherished her. They both worked together to keep everything running and their two little ones happy.
