Never attach one rotten wood post to another rotten post thinking both stand strong.

This is Mr. Rental Property Owner. He bought this duplex for his retirement income, it was in good shape back then, but now its falling apart.
And he has LOOSER's for renters. Maybe he can't afford to hire someone to work on it, or even fix the mailbox's.

I saw Mr. Rentall Property Owner at the hardware store a few days before and mentioned to him that his rental's mailboxes have fallen over. Not only was it cold this October day, but it started to rain.
Me, personally want to own rental property?
NO!

Fall has arrived on Apple Street with Winter soon to follow.

The kid that lives at a house at the top of the hill breaks his tire chains in the climb. He tried seven times in one day, and still didn't make it to the top.

This is my neighbor across the street Mr. Happy. He's retired from Caltrans doing freeway maintanance.
