Has anyone noticed how few passes are given out these days, even to the bathroom? It started with memoes going out, saying students couldn't use the bathroom during the first ten minutes of class. Then, about three months later, another memo, saying students couldn't leave the room during the last ten minutes either. We've been "encouraged to use the restrooms during the breaks between classes". Just out of curiousity, I wonder if Ms. Cellio has ever tried to go to the bathroom like a civilized person in less than 3 minutes. That is, if she could stand the smell, and the shit on the walls. Yes, shit on the walls. But what her little lame-ass council is most worried about is the lack of soap in there every now and then.
Substitutes aren't even allowed to give out passes anymore, which completely destroys the point of a library. We don't have study halls anymore--whoops, i mean Read/Studies--so we can only go to the libgrary between classes, which means a 2-second browse and then a glare from the bitches of librarians. But I would be a bitch if my job lost all meaning too, so...
Things haven't always been like this though. It's just Ms. Cellio tightening the fucking noose aruond our class. I for one, cannot wait for the high school. |

For those who haven't already heard, there is to be a new pool built in the community center. SO STOP YOUR BITCHING ABOUT THERE NOT BEING A FREE POOL IN OSSINING!!

The project is said to cost up to 6 million dollars, and will most likely be done by May 2006. It will be indoors, but have a retractable roof for when the summer comes around. Whoop-di-doo. |
