The SPEAK UP!

Will now be held Thursday, May 3rd from 5:30-7:00 in order to accomodate the International Visitors' Council's request to allow 16 elected
officials and journalists from various African countries to sit in on our
SPEAK UP! process. These visitors are especially interested in learning
about grassroots government and how to inspire citizens to take an active
role in government. We hope this will be an exciting addition to our
proceedings. Thank you for your patience!
