LifeBALL was originally developed by the Greater Murray Area Health Service and was brought to the Northern Rivers district by the Health Promotion Unit of the North Coast Area Health Service, with co-operation of many local organisations and individuals.

Chinderah LifeBALL meets each Tuesday from 9:30am to 11:30am at the Tweed Super Sports Centre, Chinderah Bay Road, Chinderah

The cost is a $3 fee per session, which includes refreshments.
