What you can expect: Time to be in silence for thinking or meditation, together time with others for sharing, taking walks, or playing. Also, experiential group work and several group core belief balances, guided imagery and journaling, a sacred fire circle, some structured and some free time. Please bring your drums or other musical instruments and your singing voices. Healthy food will be served.
