| We all know that every artist has to have done a bowl of fruit at some point or another. This is one of mine, and unfortunately probably not the last. I never finished this one, I'm one of the slower workers in my art classes but at least i finished the oranges and they look pretty good. As for the bowl...well that was difficult and it got pretty damn messed up lol. oh well. I think the cool thing about this is even though its not finished it lets people see the steps and layers of colors one has to go through to get the finished product. Everything started out as a sketch in yellow pastel because yellow is base color (i'll not get into explaining that though) and then I had to go over it with other colors til it came out right. This was done with pastels on an 18"x24" paper. |
