When we hear the word "military," we think of death and destruction.
At least I do. Embellishments like "armed forces" and "forces
for national security" do not change the word's denotation in my mind.
It is important to understand that Se Ko Military Base, by design, is NOT
about bloody revolutions, military occupation or establishing military governments.
Mission Statement
Se Ko Military Base facilitates Barrier and Block Removal with a large division
of Se Ko Soldiers ranked according to service in battalions, companies,
platoons, squads, etc. This restructuring of energy opens pathways for you
and facilitates soul growth by removing barriers that affect your return
journey to your Source. Se Ko has already begun to serve by altering your
perception of history's ingrained definition of "military."
What Se Ko Is 
Se Ko is one of 3 Heart Symbols channeled from Chak-Ptha, an ancient telepathic
language. All three symbols are used in the Kava Reiki Heart Opening/Healing
Procedure. The Se Ko symbol energy, meaning forthrighness, sincerity, and
righteousness, is used for removing blocks. It is Se Ko Military Base's
warrior energy, and is agressive in restructuring.
Location
In the early morning hours of April 14, 2003, I awoke with thoughts of Shadows--how
they were formed, and in that moment's perception, that they had no substance.
I didn't know that months later I would be thinking "Maybe they do
have substance,"--that which makes something what it is. An To, a large
Se Ko symbol, had appeared as a shadow and announced that a military base
would be constructed in my etheric body. On that same day, I was able to
observe, for approximately 10 Earth hours, the beginning of the installation
of this Base, engineered by An To.
Layout
The Base is colossal, containing Naples--a division on the Ground Region
that offers services that support my work as a Life Strings Counselor. You
cannot get to another Division from Naples. There is a Middle Region, and
there are Upper and Interior Regions. They can be accessed from Naples and
other Ground Regions. As you continue reading, you may find yourself at
Naples.
To visualize Naples, imagine a miniature football field across your screen. Now gradually enlarge this football field to the size of small town. This means that the edges won't be on your screen anymore! Momentarily, you will realize that there is no football field and no visible or defined boundaries to this division of Se Ko Military Base. Allow whatever starts to appear to just be there.You may even see others reciprocating your curious stares! Look beyond whatever is present and you will see The Beacon--a magnanimous aura of beautiful, colorful light that projects gently outward to beings everywhere like the ever-changing colors in a sunset or sunrise, through trees, above treetops or remote hills. The Beacon actually looks like a sunset or sunrise. Now you may feel yourself being lowered to the Ground Level at The Hollow, an opening in Earth where The Beacon's light seems to emanate from. There you see The Beacon only as a long beam of conical light, but you cannot see the top because you have descended far below it to Naples. The Beacon is the only entrance to the Naples Division on the Ground Region, which is where you are now. You entered The Beacon which explains why you are here, but you don't have to stay! Just give intent to leave and you will be gone. If you were unable to enter the light of The Beacon, but desired to, summon a Probe at this point. This purple being will assist you.
Walkers, Flyers, Leapers, Riders, Crawlers, Gliders--whatever the mode of transfer, all enter Se Ko Military Base through The Beacon. By now you may be seeing many, many beings with you on the Base around The Hollow, but you should not be feeling crowded. There are Information Stations circling The Beacon with Helpers to assist querants in getting wherever they desire to go. If all you seek right now is more information about the Base itself, that is fine. Those beings who are present to assist you in your travel through Naples are called Consultants. They serve as Probes, Namers, Responders, Directors, Enhancers, Sentries, Recommenders, and Helpers.
Naples Division Consultants
Probes-If you found that you were unable to enter The
Beacon for whatever reason,
summon a Probe. This purple being will help you determine what your block
is and facilitate any other assistance you may need.
Namers-These red beings give names to other world things,
concepts, etc. that you
are not familiar with. For example, you may be riding along on a Tour Train
and hear the music of a Chabchuk--even see the musician playing it. Summon
a Namer; he will inform you that a Chabchuk is a musical instrument with
the blend of a "harp" and a "windchime." For Others,
he would use appropriate descriptions from their world of music to define
the Chabchuk.
Responders-These green beings work only on the Tour Trains
and are there to respond to queries about anything on the Base.You may find
yourself conversing with a Namer and a Responder about a single query for
a thorough explanation!
Directors-There are more of these blue beings at Naples Division
than any other personnel. Again, simply summon one anywhere at Naples and
you will be served. They do whatever is necessary to get you on your way.
Enhancers-These orange beings make your visit to Naples the
best it can be.
Sentries-These beings provide assistance to those who think
they are lost or haven't understood that they may request assistance from
other Consultants. The Sentry flashes like a light.
Recommenders-These violet beings will greet you at The Hollow.
If you don't know what you want or where to start, just summon a Recommender;
this being will talk with you and suggest a service for you to investigate.
Helpers-These consultants are found all over the Ground Region,
including all facilities.. They bear the sun colors of The Beacon and their
energy has its same impact.

LOC-Law and Operations Center
In this sector, you will find An To's living quarters. LOC houses, a second
Se Ko Library and An To's office as well as other offices. The Animal Sanctuary
and LOC are the largest sectors at Naples.
You are free to use any service and facility. There are professionals in
all of these areas waiting to be of service, so you will be cheerfully greeted
when you enter any of these areas. Regardless of function, every being working
and living on Se Ko Military Base is a Se Ko Soldier, including myself.
You will find me (Na'imah) at the Life Strings Counseling Center, The Kava
Reiki Healing Chamber, Tarot Hall, Sanroh Tower, and the Animal Sanctuary.
Yes, I can be at all of these locations simultaneously and sometimes at
The Beacon to welcome you!
In order to fully appreciate anything on the Base, you will have to visit
the areas as it is impossible to give adequate and just descriptions here.
The following Regions described are also sectors of Se Ko Military Base.
They can also be accessed from other Ground Regions of the Base, though
they are not discussed here.
This Region includes Meditation Meadow, The Shimmer, and The Turning
Wheel. Your arrival at either of these locations will not disturb anyone,
though you will always find many beings present. Upon arrival at either
of these locations, you will see Fuschia Bird flying or gliding gracefully
through. She is a gracious reminder that everything we need is within. She
cannot be summoned, but when needed Fuschia Bird will light on your shoulder
with her compassionate energy.
When you arrive at any location in the Middle Region, whether by intent
or Train, you will find yourself under The Tree. There are no consultants
in the Middle Region. From The Tree, decide where you want to go and do
so by walking or giving intent. When you are ready to leave, simply return
to The Tree, and the appropriate Train will transfer you back to The Beacon
at The Hollow.
Meditation Meadow is a very large and beautiful place with a broad
variety of plant growth. You will find something there to satisfy you. The
Meadow's purpose is decribed in its name.
The Shimmer looks like a large pool of clear, motionless water; its
energy feels like a very old and familiar experience. In The Shimmer, you
may see yourself (your Shimmer) in one of may aspects that you are, that
is important for you at that moment. Beings standing next to each other
can see each other, but they cannot see each other's Shimmer.
The Turning Wheel looks like a huge ferris wheel, but it is not controlled
by or attached to any type mechanical equipment. From its side view, you
will see that it simply turns and requires no monitoring. It appears in
the vision as a very large wheel made of dim, white light. So dim that it
has been called light dust. There is a being standing near The Turning Wheel.
Some have called him the Wheel Turner, but that is not his role. He (Haney)
simply gives out information--that you may see yourself in other lifetimes
in the Wheel. He will give you the guidance you need to accomplish this.
Haney and Fuschia Bird are the only Se Ko Soldiers in the Middle Region. All others are travellers.
These Regions are not visible from Naples, but from the Middle Region,
though some travellers have indicated that they caught glimpses of them
from the Naples Observatory. I have only morsels of information about these
Regions. You may visit any of them, but only if you can see them from the
Middle Region. If not, you are not ready to enter these areas. To enter
either, you will be pass through a portal where you will be greeted by WayShowers.
At the Upper Regions, they will appear as yellow beings. At the Interior
Regions, they are gold in color. WayShowers are not found anyplace else
on Se Ko Military Base. They are the only Se Ko Soldiers in these areas.
Travel on the Base
Movement or travel is mostly by intent; you are also free to walk at your
leisure! But there are Trains available to transfer you to any facility
on the Ground Region or to the Middle and Upper Regions and the Interiors.
At The Beacon, once you decide where you want to go, just give intent and
you will be there. Though you may travel by intent, you may desire interaction
with Others. Train travel is a great way to do this! Or, if this is your
first visit, use the Trains to travel through the Base as a tourist, just
as you would through the Grand Canyon. If you use a Tour Train or any other,
you will leave from The Beacon and return to it. On the Base, you can do
anything by intent except get off a Train. All Trains, except Numbers 27
and 36, transfer you to their destination and return you to The Hollow at
The Beacon.
Trains
Ground Region
Train 7 - Transfers to-from the Animal Sanctuary. You will see other beings
in the Sanctuary; they love being among the animals
Train 11 - Tour Train--covers entire Ground Region Services and Facilities.
Middle Regions
Train 9 - Direct transfer only to and from Meditation Meadow
Train 63 - Direct transfer only to and from The Shimmer
Train 54 - Direct transfer only to and from The Turning Wheel
Upper Regions and Interior Regions
Train 27 - Transfers beings to the Upper Regions
Train 36 - Transfers beings to the Interior Regions
These trains leave only from the Middle Region; they never bring anyone
back, as no one desires to return.
